Nicole Phillips v. Integrated Power Co.

On October 9, 2024, Nicole Phillips was riding her moped to her daughter's home. As she approached the intersection of Palo Verde and Ajo, Integrated Power Co. employee Matthew Dill turned in front of her and cut off her path. Unable to avoid the collision, Nicole crashed into his truck and collapsed to the pavement. Mr. Dill left and drove away.

At the time, Integrated Power carried $26 million in insurance coverage. If this case goes to trial, it will not be enough.
